About the Trust
Shree Shiradi Saibaba Mandir Trust, Shivamogga
Shree Shiradi Saibaba Mandir Trust, Shivamogga is a public charitable trust established on 6th September 2025 with the support of the first Board of Trustees. The Trust is dedicated to promoting spiritual, charitable, educational, cultural, and social welfare activities for the benefit of society.
Objectives
- To provide relief to the poor, orphans, widows, and destitute persons through food, clothing, shelter, and medical aid.
- To establish and support schools, colleges, libraries, and educational programs for underprivileged sections of society.
- To promote healthcare through hospitals, dispensaries, and medical assistance for the needy.
- To undertake rural and community development, livelihood programs, and employment opportunities.
- To preserve and promote Indian culture, arts, music, literature, and handicrafts.
- To support charitable, scientific, social, and humanitarian initiatives in line with public utility.
Trustees
The Trust is managed by a Board of Trustees responsible for administration, finances, and compliance. The first Board includes:

- Treasurer: Mr. Praveen K G
- Members: Mr. J Suresh Kumar Shetty, Mr. ThukkojiRao S G
Trustees serve for a term of three years and may be reappointed.

- Daily spiritual activities, poojas, and rituals at the temple.
- Organizing festivals, charitable programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Fundraising, donations, and management of Trust assets for public benefit.
- Promoting education, health, and cultural awareness in the community.
Guided by the principles of Shraddha (Faith) and Saburi (Patience), the Trust operates transparently, ethically, and for the benefit of all, without distinction of religion, caste, or community.
